How was your entire experience while working with Websites Windsor? How did you feel of the value we provided?
I liked working with Websites Windsor very much. My English is not very good, but they were able to talk to me so I can understand. They listened to what I needed and showed me how they can make the website do what I wanted. It was very important to me that I can update the website with new cars so they made it very easy for me. Most importantly, they were very good to answer all of my questions whenever I wanted to add new things. If you need a new website, you should call them for sure.
Why did you wish to have your website re-designed and re-developed?
My old website was very hard to change. Also, it did not look very good.
What are your thoughts on our delivery in terms of Responsive Web Design?
I know that people use cell phones a lot. It was very important for the website to look good on phones. I really like this about the website.
What are your thoughts on our delivery in terms of Cross Browser Web Design? Did you appreciate the fact that we tested your website on all browsers?
I sometimes use Internet Explorer, and sometimes Firefox to go on the internet. Other people must use different programs, so I wanted it to look good on all of them.
What are your thoughts on our delivery in terms of Website Architecture (Branding)?
The website is very easy to use. Customers can search and find the car they are looking for without any problems. The information about each car is very easy to find.
What are your thoughts on our delivery in terms of Web Development?
I wanted the website to be safe. They said that WordPress is very good for this, and so far it worked perfect. They also save the website sometimes for extra safety.
What were your thoughts on our webmaster services? Hosting? Email Management?
They answer my questions very quickly, which is great. The hosting is at a very good price and it is very fast. They set up a Google Email system which makes everything very easy.
